KOISHI - fish and sushi restaurant Brno
Its inobtrusive design reminds you of traditional Japanese Bentō boxes. Original Marimekko tapestry refers to shoals of fish having swept past the local kitchen by. Restaurant Koishi hoists a little flag with a red disc in the Brno Gourmet Guidebook: Japan and its sushi, prepared by sushi master Tadayoshi Ebina.
Koishi does not go in only for sushi, its special place has also an original and modern looking classical Czech cuisine and a fusion of Japanese and European flavours. Their pride and „flagship“ are just the top quality of very fresh, saltwater and freshwater fish by chef Petr Fučík.
